| Yellow Food color | Half teaspoon |
| Red chili powder | Two teaspoon |
| Coriander powder | Two teaspoon |
| Tumeric powder (haldi) | Half teaspoon |
| Cumin | Half teaspoon (grounded) |
| Garam masala powder | One teaspoon |
How to make (Egg biryani Recipe):
Heat oil in a stewpot, then add garam masala, fried onion, ginger paste, garlic paste, red chili, grounded coriander,
turmeric, grounded cumin and garam masala powder and fry it. After that put potato, boiled peas, and yogurt, now cover it cook the vegetables properly. Now add boiled eggs. Take another stewpot, spread half quantity of the rice in it, later than put eggs and potato curry which we made before. Now spread chopped green coriander, green chili, chicken cubes, and chopped mint leaves on it. Spread tomato slices on it too. And now spread rest of the rice on it like a layer, sprinkle yellow food color on it. Tasty egg biryani recipe is ready to eat.
